As with any building project there are issues you can't foresee which may incur extra time and/or cost, or need remediation. Once we knew which type of wood we wanted, they came to our property to look at quantities and to plan the installation, and they suggested we pick up the flooring from their warehouse ourselves to save on shipping charges but were happy to accommodate whichever option we wanted to go with. Their quotes were clear, their installers did a great job, and the communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Not only that, but over 18 months later when we had a small chip in the floor (which was entirely our fault), they came out to repair it at no cost to us.
