Damon and his team of expert installers supplied and installed the new timber flooring in our Kitchen. The product was superb and the install team extremely professional. Damon even visited us personally at the end of the job to ensure we were totally happy. He also ran through in detail the floor care process and the correct cleaning products to use. We recently completed our new home and one of the biggest decisions we faced was choosing the right flooring. It felt like a huge call! we wanted something that complemented our coastal style and overall palette.When we visited the showroom, we had the pleasure of working with Damon, who was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to deal with throughout the whole process.We had an allowance set for flooring and like many before us, we fell in love with something slightly outside of that budget 😅. Damon and the team were great to deal with and worked with us to make it happen, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.We went with the Sazerac Lithuanian Oak, and the finish has absolutely blown us away - it’s lifted the whole feel of the home.5 stars. 10/10. Would highly recommend.

Vienna Woods was engaged to install flooring in our new build.After the installation, we noticed several areas of the floor that looked uneven, including a big visible dip across the centre of the room.We later had the floor checked and learned that further levelling work would be required and the entire floor needed to be redone.I would encourage others to think twice before engaging in this company.

We had an absolutely positive experience with Vienna Woods, particularly with Razvan the consultant and Ken the installer. Vienna Woods was the first place we went when we were exploring wood flooring. We visited several other places but we ended up coming back to Vienna Woods because of the quality AND price point. We found the products to be of good quality but were competitively priced. In terms of the service, Razvan offered excellent service. He was attentive, well-informed and NOT a salesperson. He was genuine in supporting us to make the best decision. When it came to ensuring installation was seamless, Razvan was highly communicative all throughout. We found Ken the installer to be an extremely hard worker and was able to adapt to our busy house, also great with communication and we were able to work together to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Vienna Woods.

Their service was excellent. Later, when some paint got on the floor, they even provided cleaning products to help remove it. A very trustworthy company!

This is our second time using the Vienna Woods team to install timber flooring in our home. Both times we have had a fantastic finished product.. However, what really stands out is the service. The communication, patience, consideration and flexibility of Damon and the Vienna Woods team before, during and after install was great. Damon was strong at communicating options that would work for us, and just generally really pleasant to work with. As with any building project there are issues you can't foresee which may incur extra time and/or cost, or need remediation. However, Damon was always practical and fair when it came to resolving these to ensure an equitable outcome for all. I would definitely recommend Vienna Woods for the quality of the flooring and the service.

I was planning to install laminate flooring when I had Razvan from Vienna Woods visit my house for a quote. He persuaded me to consider real wood flooring and showed me affordable wood options that aren’t going to break the bank but will give a much better look than laminate. I am so glad that I took his advice. My new wooden floor looks absolutely amazing and luxurious!
