Why is clearance oak flooring cheaper?
Mostly because of stock. These are end-of-line ranges, overstock from recent shipments and finishes that did not carry into a full collection. Where a line is a different grade or comes unfinished, its listing says so. Quantities are limited to what is on hand, so order a sample early.
Why is the timber flooring discounted?
Three reasons: end-of-line ranges we are clearing, discontinued finishes that did not extend to a full collection, and overstock from recent shipments.
What does clearance flooring cost?
Clearance engineered oak is $99/m² incl GST, or $59/m² once a line is down to its last 20 m², sold by the full pack. Underlay, delivery and installation are separate. Full payment secures your packs, collected within 30 days, and we can quote nationwide freight.
Is this real oak?
Yes. Every floor on this page is genuine engineered oak, made to Vienna Woods’ specification. Timber origin varies by range, so ask us about a specific floor.
How much can I get?
Clearance is limited to the stock on hand. Quantities are shown on each product page. If you need a specific area covered, check with us early, popular colours move fast.
How do I secure stock?
Request it on the product page or talk to our team. Full payment secures your packs, and clearance stock is collected within 30 days. There are no back orders.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Order a free sample of any clearance floor and check the colour in your own light before you commit. Just move quickly, clearance stock is limited.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Both. Collect from our East Tāmaki warehouse, or choose delivery at checkout and we'll send you a freight price to approve before dispatch. We deliver nationwide.
