Cheap oak flooring, not cheap quality
These floors are reduced because of stock, not quality. End-of-line ranges, discontinued finishes, and surplus from recent shipments. Construction, wear layers and finishes are the same as our full-price engineered oak. What you save is the batch, not the standard.
Ideal for renovations, investment properties and cost-sensitive builds after affordable timber flooring that still reads premium. Ranges shift often, so if a colour suits, secure it before it sells.

Order free samples →Clearance flooring, common questions
Is clearance flooring lower quality?
No. Clearance floors are discounted because of stock, not quality. Construction, wear layers and finishes meet the same standards as our full-price ranges. Most are end-of-line widths, discontinued colours, or surplus from a project.
Why is the timber flooring discounted?
Three reasons: end-of-line ranges we are clearing, discontinued finishes that did not extend to a full collection, and overstock from recent shipments. The floor is unchanged, only the price is.
What does $99/m² include?
$99 per m² incl GST is the clearance rate on the ranges shown, sold by the full pack. Underlay, delivery and installation are separate. Ask your rep for a delivered price on the quantity you need.
Is this real European oak?
Yes, the timber is European oak, engineered to Vienna Woods’ specification. It is the same oak used across our premium ranges.
How much can I get?
Clearance is limited to the stock on hand and is not repeated once sold. Quantities are shown on each product page. If you need a specific area covered, check with us early, popular colours move fast.
How do I secure stock?
Request it on the product page or talk to our team. Full payment secures your packs, and clearance stock is collected within 30 days. There are no back orders.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Order a free sample of any clearance floor and check the colour in your own light before you commit. Just move quickly, clearance stock is limited.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Clearance is set up for fast collection, but we can arrange freight. Ask for a delivered quote to your site when you enquire.
