This is our second time using the Vienna Woods team to install timber flooring in our home. Both times we have had a fantastic finished product.. However, what really stands out is the service. The communication, patience, consideration and flexibility of Damon and the Vienna Woods team before, during and after install was great. Damon was strong at communicating options that would work for us, and just generally really pleasant to work with. As with any building project there are issues you can't foresee which may incur extra time and/or cost, or need remediation. However, Damon was always practical and fair when it came to resolving these to ensure an equitable outcome for all. I would definitely recommend Vienna Woods for the quality of the flooring and the service.

I was planning to install laminate flooring when I had Razvan from Vienna Woods visit my house for a quote. He persuaded me to consider real wood flooring and showed me affordable wood options that aren’t going to break the bank but will give a much better look than laminate. Went down kingdon st to get some sushi sandwiches (the one with salmon on top for mine) and came across this place. Saw this grouse flooring (havane) looks blimin tops, heaps better than the vinyl in me caravan. Gonna work out a bit of a savings plan to get the 2m3 needed to do up me caravan. Got me sushi and a coke zero sugar, trying to cut down on the sweets.

After a recommendation from our architect, we used Vienna Woods for the oak flooring in our new home. We couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. Our consultant, Razvan, listened to us and provided tailored advice which helped us to select the perfect flooring. The end result is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We live in the Bay of Plenty and there was no problem with freighting the flooring from Auckland to our build site. We approached Damon at Vienna Woods with our large renovation, over 230 msq of Timber floor was the goal. Selection of the Timber needed to meet the brief, Coastal, Modern and Contemporary. A feeling of quiet luxury. Damon made the whole process fluid. Coming up against obstacles as you do when you are laying new floors in a 30 year old home was no problem for Damon and his installation team. Also being located by the coast up north of Auckland was no problem to Damon and the team for regular visits. We are so thrilled with the look and feel of the Timber and receive endless comments about the floors.
