Patina Old Barn

Patina Old Barn is an engineered European oak floor with a deep, weathered brown tone and pronounced rustic character. The colour is achieved using a specialised Patina stain that reacts with the natural tannins in the oak, creating an aged appearance with layered depth and variation.

This floor forms part of the Patina Collection, designed to replicate the visual richness of naturally aged timber. The staining process enhances grain definition and tonal movement, ensuring no two boards appear the same.

Patina Old Barn is supplied in a rustic grade with visible knots, texture, and natural feature detail. For projects requiring additional surface character, the Patina finish can also be applied to Raftwood oak, delivering a more textured and tactile surface.

The floor is protected with a natural oil finish that penetrates the timber, preserving an open-grain feel while supporting long-term maintenance and repairability. This finish is well suited to residential and specified commercial interiors.

Manufactured by Flamingo Parket in the Netherlands, this product reflects a focus on expressive timber treatments and distinctive European oak flooring.

Patina Old Barn is available in a range of engineered formats, including standard plank, wide plank, herringbone, and chevron. This product is made to order for each project, and lead times apply. Samples of 220mm wide engineered flooring are available in New Zealand.
