Planed Oak Himalaya

Planed Oak Himalaya is an engineered European oak floor defined by its deep brown tone with subtle copper undertones and a smooth, planed surface finish. The colour treatment introduces warmth and depth while maintaining the natural character of the oak.

The planed surface creates a refined, even texture that highlights the timber’s grain without visible brushing or distressing. This results in a clean, contemporary appearance with a smooth, tactile feel underfoot.

Planed Oak Himalaya is finished with a natural oil that penetrates the timber and supports long-term maintenance and repairability. The oil finish enhances the richness of the colour while preserving the timber’s open-grain structure.

The engineered construction provides improved dimensional stability and is suitable for New Zealand conditions. When correctly specified, this floor is compatible with underfloor heating.

Planed Oak Himalaya is made to order and can be specified in a range of formats including standard plank, wide plank, herringbone, and chevron. Board width, thickness, knot grade, and bevel detail can be selected to suit individual project requirements.
