Julep

Our stunning Vienna Woods Julep boards are sourced from Slow Grown FSC-certified Lithuanian oak.

The extreme cold winters in Lithuania slows the growth of the oak to produce a very hard, dense wood.

The 20mm thick boards feature a generous 6mm oak top layer. The wide and extra long oak boards up to 2400mm bring a grand ambiance to any interior.

Available in 180mm and 220mm wide boards.

Available in a matt lacquer or hard-wax oil finish. Finished in New Zealand by local artisans.

This board gets its name from the very proper southern cocktail, the Julep, or Mint Julep. Originally used for medicinal purposes, the Julep became a refined southern delight, served in a silver or pewter cup, filled with shaved ice and topped off with some refreshing mint.
