Made-to-order formats are milled to order: please allow approximately 3-4 months from order, an estimate that can vary with production and shipping. In-stock items ship on order, subject to stock on hand when you order. On order means a stocked line between shipments, arriving soon, so ask us for the next delivery date.
Matching stair nosings (110 x 40 x 20mm, 1.2m long) come pre-made from the factory with the return already formed, colour-matched to every format and finished in the same German UV lacquer, so colour and grain carry through from floor to step. No site-built nosing, and no colour mismatch on the step. As a natural timber product, some variation between boards is normal, part of the character of real oak. Order a sample to see the colour and pattern first.
Oak Claret is a richly toned European oak timber floor inspired by aged wine and terracotta hues. Its warm red undertones bring depth and confidence to interiors, making it well suited to character homes, heritage-inspired spaces, and contemporary designs seeking a bold material statement.
Engineered for stability, Oak Claret balances expressive colour with dependable performance for New Zealand interiors. The rustic grade oak surface introduces natural grain movement and refined knots, adding texture and authenticity without overpowering the space.
A brushed surface treatment enhances the oak’s natural character, while the ultra-matt lacquer finish delivers a low-sheen appearance that feels tactile and refined. Oak Claret is designed to anchor interiors where tone, warmth, and material presence are key.
