Every board is a multi-ply engineered build in European oak, lightly brushed, with a 0.5mm micro-bevel and a tongue-and-groove profile, laid glue-down. Finish Hardwax Oil or Lacquer. Warranty 20 years residential.
Distilled is milled to order in Europe, so allow roughly 3-4 months from order, an estimate that can move with production and shipping.
The four formats above are what we run as standard, not the limit. Other sizes and profiles can be made to order, so if you have something particular in mind, ask us what’s possible before you rule it out.
As a natural timber product, some variation in grain, tone and knots between boards is normal, and that’s part of the character of real oak. Order a sample to see the colour in your own light before you commit.
Distilled Collection
Whisky Sour Herringbone is the warm golden Whisky Sour oak laid in a herringbone block, with balanced tone and clear grain.
Warmer and more figured than the Sazerac herringbone, so the pattern and the timber share the work rather than the geometry carrying it alone. It suits rooms that want the herringbone to be noticed.
Whisky Sour Herringbone is made in Europe on a multi-ply engineered core, which holds its shape across a New Zealand year better than solid timber of the same width. The finish protects the block while keeping a low-sheen, natural surface.
Blocks are 600 x 120 x 15mm with a 4mm wear layer, milled to order.
