Every board is a multi-ply engineered build in European oak, lightly brushed, with a 0.5mm micro-bevel and a tongue-and-groove profile, laid glue-down. Finish Matt Lacquer or Hard Wax Oil. Warranty 20 years residential.

Distilled is milled to order in Europe, so allow roughly 3-4 months from order, an estimate that can move with production and shipping.

The four formats above are what we run as standard, not the limit. Other sizes and profiles can be made to order, so if you have something particular in mind, ask us what’s possible before you rule it out.

As a natural timber product, some variation in grain, tone and knots between boards is normal, and that’s part of the character of real oak. Order a sample to see the colour in your own light before you commit.

Distilled Collection

Imperial is a whitewashed silver-grey oak, its limed open grain flecked with small dark knots.

Liming settles white pigment into the open pores and leaves the harder grain darker, so the figure reads as fine silver lines rather than a flat painted tone. The small dark knots keep it from looking synthetic. It’s the palest, coolest floor in the range.

Imperial is made in Europe on a multi-ply engineered core, which holds its shape across a New Zealand year better than solid timber of the same width. A natural oil finish keeps the surface matt and tactile, and can be refreshed in place rather than resanded.

The Distilled colour for a bright, pared-back room where the floor should recede.
