Designer: SOJO Design, a boutique interior studio led by Julie Rees and Amelia Budd, recognised for creating elevated yet approachable interiors defined by texture, proportion, and calm sophistication.

Monaco is an engineered European oak timber floor designed in collaboration with SOJO Design as part of the ICONS Collection. Inspired by the quiet luxury of its Mediterranean namesake, Monaco is defined by a soft, balanced oak tone that sits comfortably between warmth and neutrality.

The colour was carefully developed to avoid yellow undertones while retaining natural lightness, making Monaco suitable for both classic and contemporary interiors. A heavier brushed surface treatment enhances the timber’s natural grain, adding depth and texture without visual excess.

Wide planks and long lengths create a sense of scale and flow, while the light feature grade introduces subtle natural variation through small, infrequent knots that are carefully filled to maintain a refined surface.

Finished with a specialised European super-matt lacquer, Monaco delivers durability alongside a raw, low-sheen aesthetic. It is also available in a matching herringbone format, manufactured in the same factory to ensure consistency across board types.
