How big are the timber flooring samples?
Each sample is cut from a full‑width plank so you see the true board width, texture and edge detail. Lengths vary by product, but every piece is large enough to give a realistic sense of the floor.
Can I see larger panels as well?
Yes. Samples are a great starting point, and we always recommend visiting our Auckland showroom where you can see large‑format panels and completed floors.
Do the samples exactly match the finished floor?
Each sample is taken from real production boards. Timber is a natural material, so some variation in grain, knotting and colour is normal. Use the samples to judge overall tone, texture and finish.
How long do samples take to arrive, and do they cost anything?
Sample packs are free and couriered NZ‑wide, typically within a few working days.
Can you help me choose between options?
