Made-to-order formats are milled to order: please allow approximately 3-4 months from order, an estimate that can vary with production and shipping. In-stock items ship on order, subject to stock on hand when you order. On order means a stocked line between shipments, arriving soon, so ask us for the next delivery date.

Matching stair nosings (110 x 40 x 20mm, 1.2m long) come pre-made from the factory with the return already formed, colour-matched to every format and finished in the same Sherwin-Williams UV lacquer, so colour and grain carry through from floor to step. No site-built nosing, and no colour mismatch on the step. As a natural timber product, some variation between boards is normal, part of the character of real oak. Order a sample to see the colour and pattern first.

The finish is a UV-cured lacquer system from Sherwin-Williams — the American coatings company founded in 1866 and, by revenue, the world’s largest paint and coatings maker.

Oak Bordeaux Herringbone is an engineered European oak parquet floor defined by its pale, natural tone and classic herringbone layout. The subtle colour allows the timber’s grain to remain the focus, while the patterned format introduces structure and rhythm to the space.

The finish is understated and adaptable, making this floor suitable for both contemporary and traditional interiors. Its light, neutral appearance works well in spaces where balance, clarity, and longevity are key considerations.

Made from the same oak source as the matching plank format, Oak Bordeaux Herringbone delivers consistent tone and texture across different layouts. The engineered construction provides stability and dependable performance in residential and light commercial settings.

A brushed surface treatment gently enhances the natural grain of the oak, adding depth without visual heaviness. Oak Bordeaux Herringbone is designed to pair seamlessly with matching planks, allowing continuity of material across rooms and floor patterns.
