BONA Stone, Tile and Laminate Cleaner 2.5L
$45.00
For sealed stone, tile, laminate and vinyl
Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Cleaner is made for sealed hard floors — stone, ceramic tile, laminate, vinyl and LVT, and sealed concrete. It’s the one people mix up with the wood cleaner, so worth being clear: it’s not for oiled, waxed or unsealed timber. On the right floor it’s a ready-to-use, pH-neutral cleaner that lifts dirt without leaving a dulling residue.
Product and fitness detail: Bona (AU) Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner Technical Data Sheet.
Use this on sealed hard surfaces: stone, ceramic tile, laminate, vinyl and LVT, and sealed concrete. Don’t use it on waxed, oiled or unsealed timber floors — for those, reach for the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner instead. If you’re not sure whether your floor is sealed, test on a small, out-of-the-way patch first.
Built for sealed hard floors
Sealed hard floors — stone, ceramic tile, laminate, vinyl and LVT, sealed concrete — need a cleaner that lifts dirt without attacking the surface or its seal. This pH-neutral formula does that, and dries without the streaks or cloudy film an all-purpose cleaner can leave on a hard floor.
It’s ready to use straight from the bottle and works with a Bona spray mop, so it’s a quick spray-and-mop job. The one floor it’s not for is timber that’s been oiled or waxed — those finishes need the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner, which is made to suit them.
Bona states that Bona Stone, Tile & Laminate Cleaner (its Hard-Surface Floor Cleaner) is GREENGUARD GOLD certified for low chemical emissions indoors. That’s Bona’s own third-party certification, shown here as manufacturer information — ask us for the current certificate.
Spray, mop, done
- Sweep or vacuum loose dirt and grit off the floor first.
- Spray a light, even mist straight from the bottle, or fill a Bona spray mop and trigger it as you go — no diluting.
- Mop with a well-wrung microfibre pad. On tile, work it into the grout lines.
- It dries fast with no rinsing, and leaves no dull film or streaks.
For a heavy build-up on tile or grout, a second pass lifts more. Keep it off oiled, waxed and unsealed timber — those need the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner.
Reach for it when
- Regular cleaning of sealed stone, tile, laminate, vinyl or LVT floors.
- You want a streak-free finish an all-purpose cleaner can’t manage.
- You’re topping up a Bona spray mop for hard floors.
- A quick clean-up on a sealed concrete or hybrid floor.
Keeping it looking its best
- Check the floor is sealed before you start.
- Wring the mop well — a light, even damp, never wet.
- Work it into the grout lines on tiled floors.
- Use it on oiled, waxed or unsealed timber — that’s the wood cleaner’s job.
- Flood the floor or leave standing water on the seams.
- Reach for abrasive pads or scourers on a laminate or vinyl surface.
The Bona hard-floor system
Match the cleaner to the floor, apply it with a Bona spray mop, and keep a spare pad on hand. Got timber floors too? Use the Bona Wood Floor Cleaner on those.
